If so, it could be a “system” pipe. It might have a small chamber that is designed to help catch saliva. That could be what’s stopping your cleaner. You can probably see it after removing the stem and shining a small light down in it. If this is the case you’ll have to figure out how to bend the cleaner just right. I have a Preben Holm that I love smoking but hate cleaning for this very reason.

House is at 65 and I am freezing. Adjusting to winter is going to be a challenge, sucks getting old. Cold, windy, and wet outside. No frost on the pumpkin yet.
