They’re owned by Diageo which is a worldwide company. Diageo’s world headquarters is in London, but that have a headquarters in New York for North America sales. As far as the Crown Royal brand, they don’t have any distilleries in the US, they’re all in Canada. Diageo is closing a plant in Ontario and moving it to the US, but it doesn’t affect the Crown Royal brand.
