@Vision She originally came with the 10 hole phone dials. Lost to the timeline. 17x8 phone dial replicas are made and will be purchased one day. For now, Ro bought a set of 17x8 ponies, powder coat black with a machined lip. You are correct, a 4 corner 5 lug disc conversion is imminent.
