Every politician (excepting AOC and Momdani) understands the debt is a real issue, but tackling it means making hard decision that would cost them and their constituents, so it doesn't get done. Politcians don't like hard decisions.

Dems had total power under Biden, white house, Senate and house. I just wonder why they didn't teach those billionaires a lesson when they had the chance to overturn Trump's giveaways. Same with all your Dem saviors of the last 50 years
