Worked up a couple of beds and planted 2 types of lettuce, beets, spinach , coriander, and peas.

Been doing some very odd body weight hip/back exercises and stretching that involve some band work with some minor but welcome back improvements. Also, incorporating red light and EMS apparatuses. Staying positive. Weights and rotational movements are a ways off but I can see the light at the end of a very long tunnel. 🤙🏼
