There isn’t a consensus because it’s different for everyone. Everyone’s body needs more of one nutrient and less of another and they’re all different. It’s kinda like this cigar hobby. You have to figure out what’s right for you. Skinny doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. If you’re feeling good, keep doing what you’re doing. If not, figure out what needs to change.
