I should say in. After I inspected in person the 2nd set was obviously a rush job to meet the holiday weekend. There will be some changes like the legs need to be the same height probably 12" above the deck and not enough cleats. But atleast they are both good enough to use.

Mechanical fuel pump not priming. Fuel lines are clear, pump holds vacuum when tested. Hand operated vacuum pump insufficient. I need another person here and not a neighbor in sight.
