Poorly put on my behalf, let go with non U.S. Citizen since I have no desire to accuse a group people as criminals . As to illegal...only the ones not going through proper channels. For the record, I have no problem with working towards a faster or perhaps more efficient way of getting qualified folks into securing citizenship or work visa.
