Interesting story and history behind this man. Head distiller that taught jack Daniel the tradecraft. Learned about him during the Jack Daniel tour in Tennessee.

A new brush for cleaning out the ductwork on my roaster. The one it's replacing came with the roaster, some 15 years ago. It was shedding some of its blue bristles that I'd see after using it. I don't know for sure how those nylon bristles would impact the flavor of the beans, but I figured there's a good chance nobody wants to find out or run them through their grinder, so I went ahead and bought this one;
