Re: I smoked a good cigar from....
Enjoying a LFD La Nox from @peter4jc, TYVM Peter, it's a good'n.

Re: What is in your pipe?
I received this yesterday and smoked them with no dry time in the cold, damp back yard while it was misting and raining so my prep wasn't ideal.
The RDH / RDSD was sugar sweet but you could get the good taste of the dark VA tobacco. It has a lot more tobacco flavor and Lakeland essence than Brown Sugar Flake and even seems a bit sweeter too.
The Aniseed Twist smelled great, tasted of a light black licorice, but I didn't get all that much tobacco flavor, mostly the anise. It was not overly sweet or cloying, a bit one-dimensional, but I enjoyed it. I'm curious how it would mix with 1792, Coniston Cut Plug or maybe Canon Plug.

Re: Been awhile... but I'm back!!
Thanks for all the feedback... and yeah it seems I overpaid but I couldn't find any Fuentes and I fell for CA reviews... big mistake!! If anybody wants to make me an offer that's fair, I'm good with that. I'm just not going to smoke them and theyre just gonna sit in the humidor. I never had the originals and you're right. Nothings ever as good as the originals but people have bought these and someones gotta like em.. but there are so so many cigars out there and you just never know.
But I'll take this as a learning lesson... again thanks for all the feedback. This is a great group and it's nice to be back... 😀
