Here’s a true story you also won’t hear on MSM
In 2014 we got a call from the unemployment department asking us for the employment records of a woman who never worked for us..
Turned out when we checked the social security number given by the department, it belonged to a Venezuelan woman who had worked for us for years.
We learned she had been using someone else’s SS# all those years.
She had been paying State and Federal taxes for someone else.
This belief that these people who Democrats and Republicans have been turning a semi blind eye towards for years are scamming the system at a rate that has been affecting you is ludicrous. The truth is they have been used for decades as a source of income by both parties to fill in the gaps from the money they have been taking from all of us.

I think before you continue to believe an obvious lie, you should know these two facts.
1 The reason the “Big Beautiful Bill” has all of these cuts to Medicare, and Medicaid and the affordable care act, is that money went to pay for the trillion dollars given to the wealthy in the form of tax cuts.
2 Total federal taxes: In 2022, undocumented immigrants paid $59.4 billion in federal taxes, which included $19.5 billion in income taxes and $32.3 billion in payroll taxes.
State and local taxes: They also paid $37.3 billion in state and local taxes, including sales, excise, and property taxes.
Effective tax rate: Undocumented immigrants are estimated to pay a higher effective state and local tax rate than the top 1% of earners in most states.
Ineligible for benefits: A significant portion of these tax payments, such as those for Social Security and Medicare, go toward programs from which undocumented workers are legally barred from receiving benefits
That’s nearly $100B per year.

You didn’t pay a dime for any emergency care they may have needed, they’ve been paying in for years to federal and state programs they can’t even use….
Edit: if you yourself use any of those benefits, thank the undocumented workers for their contributions to the funds the government has been borrowing from for decades…
