Ok, so I have zero interest in sports and betting, but I'm about twelve minutes in. It's good to hear your voice, that's cool. You sound smart, informative, engaging, I think you come across very well. I'm starting to lose interest, because sports, betting.

No, an earth year is a measurement of time. A light year is a measurement of distance.

The speed at which light travels is not the same as the amount of time it takes for something to become visible over such a distance.
