Re: Pipe tips for Cigar People, what we've learned...
In My Humble Opinion, @Ross_G89 , start with a corn Cobb pipe. It is the least invasive on the pocket book. Many people on here love and use frequently the cobbs. They are great smokers. If you don’t like it, it was only a $15 investment.
If you do like it and want to invest in a nice inexpensive briar pipe, I recommend the bones pipes by Chris Morgan. You can try several shapes that won’t break the bank. Once you realize pipe smoking is going to be a long term investment, I would recommend you invest in whatever pipe maker, shape, length, finish and price you deem appropriate.
After that first ‘higher end’ pipe purchase, God help you. #PAD

I’ve been wanting to try smoking pipe for the first time. What’s the best starter kit or starter pipe and a good blend to start with?
