Other false stories include:

One of the super scoopers scooped up a scuba diver who was dumped with the water load right on top of a burning inferno.

James woods lost his house.

A hot dog stand was closed by health inspectors for giving out free food to firefighters.

Some local or state authority didn't keep the water tanks full on the top of the mountains which caused the fire hydrants to run dry.

And by the way, that $100 million that the governor supposedly cut in fire has some finer points:

first, he didn't line item $100 million cut. He approved a budget that his legislature put to his desk that had $100 million in funding fewer than Cal fire requested.
that $100 million represents about 3% of the annual Cal fire budget, which is a hair over $3 billion dollars this year.
in the last 10 years, the California state government has tripled the fire budget. In 2014 it was just about a billion dollars.
that $100 million cut was for an entire State program, not for LA county and not for Pacific Palisades.
that extra $100 million likely would not have saved a single structure. Had it saved a number of structures, it wouldn't have prevented any of these seven fires.

Look, you political activists, you have so much truth that you can arm yourself with, why don't you just stick to that? Relying on lies and Breitbart reports and Alex Jones and Steve Bannon is mind-bogglingly idiotic. The reason that we are losing the information war in this country is because people on both sides willingly and knowingly accept and spread misinformation with Glee because it aligns with their personal preferences and leanings. Shame on everybody who does it. Every **** buddy.
