This is the 1st election I've sat out on in decades. It's all just a big dog-and-pony show to keep the masses entertained.
The Repugnicans place their faith in arrogance and bullying tactics.
The Dumbocrats pin their hopes on manipulating the publics need to hate, something, someone, anything, as long as it satisfies the need to think we're better than someone else, and they deserve to be punished.
Both parties servilely acquiesce to the dominance of the hegemony. Everlasting expansion is it's only definable purpose.
I think I'll just try to enjoy the sunshine today, before they figure out how to charge me for it.

Picked up some reading. I read the mythology book when I was about 7. The rest of these are new to me.
I should be a raving lunatic by the end of the month. That's fair warning ⚠️ 😅

Yet again, science moves the line between what we know and the dark abyss of our ignorance, lol.
Genesis of fecal floatation is causally linked to gut microbial colonization in mice
Our serendipitous finding of ‘sinker’ and ‘floater’ feces in TFS in germ-free and gut-colonized mice, respectively, led to the question of whether gut colonizers were fundamentally linked to the genesis of fecal floatation phenomenon. By introducing microorganisms into the gut of germ-free mice, we have conclusively demonstrated that gut colonization of microbiota is a pre-requisite for feces to float.
Interesting study. health benefits of fruit/vegetable/beetroot juice on oral health; decreases the presence of bacteria that cause caries and gingivitis. Powdered beetroot juice is readily available here: https://www.iherb.com/search?kw=powdered beetroot juice
Nitrate as a potential prebiotic for the oral microbiome
Interesting. When I read things like this it raises a lot of questions. One being about the clinical trials. “So we’re gonna give you this drug and then we’re gonna give you a highly addictive, potent, possibly life threatening illegal drug to see if you get high or not”.
researching what to do for chronic tendonitis/arthritis. Looks like nsaids are both good and bad in that though they reduce the pain they also interfere with healing. https://neurosciencenews.com/nsaids-arthritis-inflammation-21905/
Working on dietary improvements to help with the muscle weakness and fatigue. Getting old sucks. I'm still wary of the doctors until I see if these improvements help.

I did find this article where the study's author said:

Phages probably picked up DNA-cutting systems from microbial hosts, and might use them to fight other viruses.
