Today I overcame my obsessive compulsive cigar-dor and opened up a box of the original 5 Vegas 'AAA" that I bought in January of '10. So far it's mighty tasty and hope for more good things to come!
This was a weird box. I got two as a Christmas present from my boss, I smoked them and loved them, then bought my own box and sat on them ever since

Alec Bradley Family Blend. A gift from Spindrift. He is missed around here. It was very very good.

It's impossible to find online - literally impossible - it's either sold out, or if it's in-stock, they either ream you on the price, or it's sold out within 1-3 hrs of being listed. Only way is to google for various B&M's around the country, call them and ask if they stock pipe tobacco, ask if they have Penzance, and ask if they're willing to ship it out to you. I found mine after an hour of failed attempts, in some B&M in California - they wanted $52 for 8oz, but when I asked them how much it would be if they shipped it out of State, the price dropped to $32

Last night I started out with a Punisher from Jan 2011 the spice has really faded, I slipped the band up for the picture. I then followed up with a SCCC from November 2010 ands finshed with a Gurkha Park Ave Maduro from Jan 2011.
    Pretty go night over all.

I really enjoyed it. Right off the bat, it was a bit more peppery than the Feral Pig but with similar underlying flavors. If you liked the Dirty Rat, this is similar, but more.

And best of luck finding some. They're harder to find than Ferals.
