Its so freaking good, but a little age wood do wonders
I know right? Makes me wonder how the 08 is smoking. I had heard the 09 was better, but put the others I had down for a bit. I just had a feeling they will be stupid good next year

There was a punch of nutmeg spice mixed with some awesome sweetness that balanced really nicely. With a little more rest that spice should mellow and the 09 would be freaking amazing!!
My phone wont upload pics to imageshack for some reason. Had a monte platinum, padron 1926 and a bueso with some blantons single barrel! All are firsts for me and all have been amazing!!!
Some Recon Cigars were generously donated from a retailer in South Dakota to be given to the Soldiers. They're Nicaraguan with Candela, Criollo, and maduro applied as the camouflage pattern. Check out the neat tubo. As I handed them out, the popular phrase was "that's badass!"

I have mine marinating a while longer. The guys that smoked theirs tonight said they were pretty good. "Typical" Nicaraguan flavors. I'm pretty sure the camouflage patches aren't big enough to affect the flavor profile, but hey you never know.

Having my first cigar in quite a while, a Padron 1926 maduro #2 I received as a wedding gift recently. Sadly it is pretty dry on account of me not having a humidity device right now. Still picking up nice flavors but its a bit harsh. Still happy to have a cigar and one Ive wanted tp try for years.
