Haven't had a chance to pipe much this week, but Steve @Stubble laid into me with this huge sampler. Going to have to hit the pipe hard this weekend, as the boys say... Thanks Steve! Can't wait to try all of this stuff out!

It's upside down. I just twisted it in for the picture.

I mean, I like to smoke it that way. I like to really look into the pipe to see what's in there when I smoke lol

The second pipe showed up today, a Trevor Talbert Long Billiard, a small pipe with a very fine Raven's Wing rustication finish applied by Trevor's wife Emily. I need to take a picture in better light to capture the fine details.
@GenerosityLeadership's Newbie Trade also showed up with a tin of Nutty Irishman for me to try. Looking forward to it, Ryan.

The third and last pipe showed up today from Reborn Pipes in Canada. This is my first Oom Paul, an Imperial White Flame Giant Oom Paul made in France. I'm looking forward to trying this one out soon.

I bought something I didn't really need, I blame it on the thrill of the hunt. I've been seeing Bishop's Pipes posts on Instagram every week selling fifteen fully restored estate & new/unsmoked pipes, but I'd never been fast enough to buy one. I figured out when he normally posts and was ready last Monday to strike. I picked up this Comoy’s Golden Matt billiard for $30 + $5 shipping and it was delivered yesterday. It has a few scratches to the finish but otherwise looks good and should be a good smoker.

I picked up a pair of 4 oz Go sized Stashers on sale on Amazon to try out for tobacco. They're food safe silicone containers that are airtight, oven and dishwasher safe, and are a nice size to fit in my travel case and hold a good amount of tobacco. They come in sizes up to half gallon. It would be interesting to try loading up one of these and leaving it on the dashboard in the summer to try out stoving tobacco too. They have a version about the same size with an included clip too.
I pulled out one of these that I was using to store shredded whole leaf perique in today and it was dry as a bone, they failed my test so I can't recommend them for long term storage.

Absolutely awesome. @Stubble don’t mess around. Am I seeing it wrong or is the stem upside down in that pipe??

That's awesome he's such a sweetheart.
@Stubble
I've got three pipes inbound, two estates and one new. More details as they arrive. It was the perfect storm.
Did you splurge?
A bit but I didn't go crazy. I managed to resist those Cooke pipes being sold off.
Some Ratray's tobacco to try and a 2020 Estate Radice Rind Lovat arrived today. My first Radice.

Nice calabash, Steve.
I didn't even know Stevie Ray Vaughn made pipes.
Don't let the wife know what you spend on guns, ammo or cigars.
Picked up an estate Abe Herbaugh.
Noice!
Something long overdue.
