Whatever happened to "you loot, we shoot". This needs to come back. Drop a dozen looters and see if the crowd still wants to take what doesn't belong to them.

I've watched several videos with the guy, Peter Zeihan, and I like his insights and how he looks at the world from a perspective most seem to overlook. Very worthwhile, IMHO.

That foam went up quick. Reminds me of the time in college when some friends dragged a nasty old couch down to the beach and put it on a fire to see how quickly it would burn. It went up so fast it was frightening. (I barely got off of it in time)
This was years before we went to Burning Man.
