    Hell I will if you're making it all. Did you get rice noodles or wheat noodles?
    rice noodles cuz thats whatever every recipe suggested I make. Got about 4 pounds of neck bones/oxtail. All the spices I need. Ill be starting around 2p Tomorrow with making the stock!
    I was going to tell you to take the wheat noodles back and get rice noodles if you had bought wheat noodles. It tastes a lot better with rice noodles. There should be a recipe thread on here where everyone can discuss their recipes. Let me know how it turns out

    pho has started. the recipe I read said a stick of cinnamon which i thought was weird... put it in a cheese cloth to stop it from completely dissolving. it dissolved.. so... yeah... might have to find something to negate the flavor of cinnamon. lol

    i.. havent the faintest idea.... just filtered out the broth to get the chunks out and it wasnt in there at all.

    I think its time I give this a shot. Heard a few good Pho places in downtown..might have to check it out...wet food!

    Damit Vinny you had to post a pic of Pho!... Seriously I dream about the stuff. My buddies wife is from Vietnam and had it for the first time last month. Now I HOUND him weekly for more Pho! Something about it. All the fresh ingredients, actual home made beef stock...ahhh. He also said " Bro try a big glob of shrimp paste" I did and about puked! Wasn't expecting that.?? Hope all is well with the new addition too.
