    Those picts break my heart. i got to drive 80 miles to get a bowl of Pho. Our Thai basil in the garden will be ready to pick in about a week. We already have cilantro and green onions. Rice noodles( big flat ones) and star anise are in the pantry. Will have to make my own.

    I went with the pho today.  It was an hour drive to get what I was told was decent Pho.  The stock certainly didn't come from a box, so it was pretty dang above acceptable stuff.

    I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot.  I will smoke anything, though.
