since this is huge i imagine this is going to be going on come May and JUne.....if that is the case May 1-6 i am on a fishing trip and June 15-22 I am in the Dominican.

Figuring 3 - 5 days per person and 19 people, that comes out to around 95 days, give or take.
So it might possibly finish up around the middle of May.

I like the ideas you fine gentlemen have posted. It sounds like a neat idea for a pass. While i like the idea of 'clues', i do respect the concept of totally blind as well, including not even knowing who put in the box. It is a trust exercise, but then again the concept of a pass is...so i find that entire discussion tiresome. Make a few restrictions on entry if you are concerned...and hopefully it eliminates those looking to grab a pass.
I like the map posting...pretty neat. Anyway, good luck with the pass. Will enjoy watching it go around.

Same set up. 6 small boxes in on shipping box.
Each box numbered.
When the box is shipped out, a designated person will use a random number generator and that is the box that person will get to choose.
The number gets posted on the pass thread.
That person takes that box and opens it.
The new box gets packed up and the same number put on it.
And so on.
The number generator will decide which box that person gets.
Anyway, it will be some time before I can get to a point where I can do this pass again, but it's a thought. Good, bad or indifferent. LOL!
