I had one for a short period of time (2 weeks) tried it in the garage right after Christmas..... real hot then real cold getting out.

I get out after sweating for 15 minutes at 130 degrees ๐ฅต and jump in the cold plunge at 40 degrees for five minutes ๐ฅถ.
