    If I ever get a second cooler (if...like 'if' won't happen) those will be the first things to go in. Then they'll settle down for a long nap.

    If I ever get a second cooler (if...like 'if' won't happen) those will be the first things to go in. Then they'll settle down for a long nap.
    that's the plan for these. They have a box date of 7/11 so I swore to myself not to open them until 7/12. But even then I want to smoke them slow. I feel like 3 years is gonna be the magic number for these.

    I recall having a diesel last week from about a year ago and I think the diesel smokes better with little rest.

    I have a box of d.x sitting and got some more d.x with 1 year on them in trade with TheRobbyRas. In all I have 40 or so. I can't smoke my aging stash or it will be a failure.

    That specific stick is my all time go to full-flavor/body smoke, the profile and burn are jut about as dead nuts perfect as I have had, congrats on a GREAT haul Todd!

    seriously, I think looking at this thread is worse than looking at the cigar sales site, broke and need to save some $ to try to get something better than my cooler.
