OK people, here's the deal. In consultation with Irish (whom everyone should bomb), I have come up with an EPIC idea to celebrate my insufferable wordiness... err... I mean, my 3,000th post. It is a way to demonstrate the kind and amazing community that I have found this remarkable brother/sisterhood to be. I call it... Puff Dougie's 3K Triple Play. (Kinda catchy, huh?)
Trust me, this is something that will be very special. The more that participate, the better. If you are up for it, or want more details, send me a PM and I'll fill you in on what I have in mind.

And with this post I officially hit 7000 posts myself. Doug and I have been talking and since we kinda helped each other come up with the idea and we are both hitting a version of Millenium posts we are going to run this together. The 2 BOTL Trifecta Play is on!!' Long story ahort it's come to Doug's and my attention a number of amazing people who could use some real show of solidarity and support and we intend to deliver on this. ANYONE who wants to help Doug and I hit 10k posts (3k+7k see what I did there?? Lol) please PM one of us and we will explain the details and what we are doing!
On a serious note I will say this, I'm not sure what the outpouring of posts saying to Bomb me is all about, thank you all for such generous and over the top gestures really, but if you were thinking about hitting me then please redirect to what Doug and I are doing here. This project is a MUCH better and FAR more deserving crew than I. Thank you.
