After being put on "ignore" for over 20 minutes, Jessica finally answered. My order was just imported to their new system yesterday. She said it should be going out in a couple days. When I told her that I sent an e-mail about the upgrade and just got a generic response that had nothing to do with my comments, she said that was because the people that generally answer e-mails, were over-loaded answering the phones. Hmmm. I wonder why?
