Good evening everyone! Placed an order on the last Jam, Feb 10th, before the "upgrade". Didn't get it. Couldn't log on to my account, so I called today. After being put on "ignore" for over 20 minutes, Jessica finally answered. My order was just imported to their new system yesterday. She said it should be going out in a couple days. Terrific "upgrade".

When I told her that I sent an e-mail about the upgrade and just got a generic response that had nothing to do with my comments, she said that was because the people that generally answer e-mails, were over-loaded answering the phones. Hmmm. I wonder why?cigarbreath said:
