Order issues

I have been trying for 3 days to place order and it won't go through the phone rings and disconnects and Facebook message who ever is responding isn't very helpful CI has already lost me as a customer and about to give up on this company as well anybody can fix respond help ??? And for ccom employees at this point what are you capable of doing to wow and keep me as a customer end rant

was the package delayed within UPS' system (aka did they have it for longer than 3 days?)
or was the package delayed leaving cigar.com (aka did it take them 8 days between the time you placed your order, and the time it officially shipped)

For example, my order from the devil site began on 2/25. Last Tuesday and again on Wednesday I got an email from them saying that my order had finally gotten to the warehouse for picking and packing. The same exact email, just different days.
Yesterday I got an email from Utterly Pathetic Shipping (UPS) with a tracking number for the order. But when I went to the devil site and checked on the order there's no record of it.
In any case, Ooops says it's scheduled for delivery on 3/14. I guess we're now in W&S mode... (wait & see).....
