    Ya an order I cancelled on the 6th was sent today, looks like I'm gonna have 3 boxes of amazon basins....gggrrrrr
    Looks like I am not the only one who got free boxes…LOTS of free boxes. They just keep sending it weeks after I cancelled it. Honestly I don't have room for it all, having to put them in zip locks with Boveda. I need your tower of power!
    I don't recall saying anything about free, they hit my paypal for the entire amount.

    When a software problem screws the system most of the day, that's a glitch. When software screws the system multiple days, that's major malfunction. When your program screws the system week after week, that's a clusterfuque. When the system gets screwed unendingly, that's Michelle's college chum on a multi-billion buck no bid contract. I got no dog in the hunt here, but just looking at the clock on this here fubar, seems like they're well into the clusterfuque & on the way to Ocare. Sure would be interesting to know the particulars. Any of you ask your rep WTF, who's the outfit, what's the forecast, ... and feel like you got a straight answer? I feel for those people. Schidt rolls downhill and they're deep in the gully right now. We all know they took pride in great customer care. Now they can't seem to climb out of their funk. And what did the guys & gals answering phones have to do with the decision to buy new software?

    Anyone know details?

    Free advice to c.com and relatives--please stop taking new orders until you catch up on the old ones--and put a note up on your website telling the truth.   (P.S.  Then sue whatever software or hardware vendor did you in for any lost sales.   By shutting down the site for a specified time you will be able to quantify the lost sales for the court.)   Your relationship with your customers _must_ come first--no excuses, folks.

    If you cancelled the order and they send it anyway, that's on them... I have a budget and when I spend money else where after I cancelled the order twice with documents showing it was clearly cancelled, that's their problem if they keep sending me items I shouldn't be getting in the first place. I'm not going to spend my time taking caring for their cigars they sent, especially if they want them back then try to send them to someone else.

    If I don't take care of them and send them back then they would just be sending stale crap to someone else and that's not right with me. I spent over 3k with CI over the years, maybe their sending it as a measure of good faith, I honestly don't know. This is from CI not Ccom, at least Ccom sends humiliation packs with their product.

    @Sketch6995, If you did indeed cancel your order with the 3 boxes of Amazon, either send it back or dispute it. Its wire fraud for any company to charge you after you clearly tell them to cancel the order with ample time in advance. They cannot legally charge your card if you cancelled and told them not to charge my card, then they charge your card anyway is still wire fraud. If their still stupid enough to send the products thats on them and only complicates things more.

    To be clear I was charged…only reason I say free is because after I dispute this mess thats whats it's going to be. I think you unintentionally took my first post quoting you the wrong way, I should have elaborated more on the whole situation, but me needing your power of tower was meant as a joke man.

    Man it's a huge mess! I've personally spent over 12 hours or more through, phone, email and it's come to this. Problem now is I opened everything to put it in the wineador and had to result to storing some in zip locks with Boveda.

    CI won't take back product that has been opened its their policy and I refuse to let it sit in the shipping box becoming stale then they take it back and send that stale crap to someone else.

    I feel confident the credit card company will handle the dispute properly, I even made multiple PDF documentations when I cancelled the order so their in boiling hot water if they try to lie to the card company. I have a feeling they will say keep it and right it off as a loss. I honestly wonder how many hundreds of thousands of dollar the software, technical, maintenance, glitch has cost them, it has to be horrible for business. Not to mention I've lost a lot of my time dealing with this as well, which is money.

    @TX98Z28 , just for future reference you CAN store unopened boxes, with the shrink wrap/cellophane still on the outside of the box, with no ill effects.

    I have a couple boxes in my coolidor right now, that have never been unsealed and still have the original plastic/cellophane on the outside

    * I have a new address as of 3/24/18 *

    CI does take back open box, even with one taken out. I got a box of Hudson Bays and tried one, Nuff said the box was returned for a full refund. Get ready to send them back or PAY$$$. They should let you keep one box for sucking so much.

    It always has been a habit of mine to take it off boxes I receive. That way I can inspect for mold, beetles, cracked wrapper etc. I don't always take the cello off the cigars themselves though.
