Hit about 97 F here yesterday, and again as the heat broke and we opened up the house to cool it off the smell of a local skunk made another appearance.
The heat broke last night and it'll be in the 70's today.

A month ago it was hovering around 0 and there was still a couple feet of snow in my yard. Today’s in the mid 60’s, the snow’ gone except for a few pockets in the shaded spots and this fall’s leaves are fully out. Love this place!
I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...

We have a heat advisory today. A high of 97 and a heat index of 103. I am getting my shopping done this morning so that I can relax in the AC during the worst of it.

64 this morning, later today 94.
Trapped in the People's Communist Republic of Massachusetts.
Watched this one fall and listened to many pops and cracks. Anxious to see tomorrow what else came down.
Beautiful today. Between crappy weather and the wind blowing 40 mph today is the first day I've enjoyed outdoor cigars this year.
89 F, waiting for it to cool off, and possibly for dinner to be served, before going outside to enjoy a smoke.
Cooled off, had a smoke, opened the windows to cool down the house, now I smell a skunk. Nice.
I'd always imagined that's just how California smells

Cool and rain. 3 1/2 inches last two days and a couple of more inches tonight.
Forecast is four days without any rain and temps rising from the current 50s to 80+. Don't remember when we haven't had rain at least every other day.

I'm escaping the Midwest heat, back to California.
94 and 68% humidity…miserable
I feel for you, Rusty. My handy-dandy Dew Point calculator says you have a 82* dew point. That sucks.

Thanks Peter…it really sucks lol. The humidity can be a killer when it gets hung between these mountains.
74° and a nice ocean breeze.
Big showy thunderstorms last night. Daytime temps in the low 80's and that's hot for here.
I don’t wanna talk about it

Low seventies during the day low fifties at night. Dry NC Mountain weather
I had the same thing for the weekend. It’s supposed to start getting hot again tomorrow.
