It's 90 now and 23% rH. Got another ten more degrees to go in the next four hours so I lowered the outdoor blinds, fired up the portable A/C unit in the family room, and battened the hatches.

Going to get to 93 F here today as I toil away here at my computer. My Wife and son are camping at Memorial County Park near Pescadero where it'll be a nice 80 F today, I envy them.

Had a appointment at the Va in Asheville yesterday. When I left here at 7:30 am it was 64. On the drive down off the mountain the temp kept climbing and in Asheville it was 91. Got the appointment done and headed the 73 miles back up and the temp dropped to 77 when I got home. Elevation.

Solstice…might get into the high 60’s today. We’ll start losing 7 minutes of daylight on Friday and it’ll be snowing in 70 days.
