Cold as Fvck. Might hit the negatives tonight
Yep. I'm in PA too. Too cold to sit on my enclosed porch for a smoke, even with the propane heater running.
What part of PA? Too cold on the patio for me too. Not used to sitting in the house with the family at night. Need to drink myself to sleep or something

Wednesday was the first time in my life where I got a call from work and told to stay home.
Most of my career, I worked where the worse the weather, the more I work.
Usually, the worse the weather or catastrophe, the more hours I would put in.
But this week, they call and say it isn't safe. Freezing rain, stay home.
OK then, I will do that.
In Fumo Pax Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
Closed me down at 3pm yesterday. Told me to come in this morning and wait, but don't open the doors. 9:15 this morning they called and told me to shut it down and go home. Too cold to open the doors today. Back again tomorrow and we'll see then.

It's funny how a sub 40° day in October or November is cold but it hits 37° in February and the sun is shining and the snow is melting and it's a beautiful day. Windows down!
I moved to get away from the rain. So what has it done in Tennessee all freaking winter??
Rain. Freaking rain!!
Dammit!!
And all I've heard from folks is how unusually wet it is this year.
Of course it is, I moved here.

Aha! So you're to blame?
Actually, I'll take the rain, as long as it's not freezing rain. Or snow. For those who have lived in places with snowy winters, who know how to drive in the snow, it seems strange that Tennessee shuts down for 1/4 in of snow. Until you drive around in it a few times and realize that these people completely lose all control of their faculties, and vehicles, at the first hint of snow. Trust me, stay home and live.

The temps got up to 52 degrees in central PA today, although it got nowhere near as cold as you reported. Lowest I saw was 16 degrees.
Into the 60's today but two rainy days in the forecast.
Don't let the wife know what you spend on guns, ammo or cigars.
77 and gorgeous! 3 days left, then the drive back to the grind! Enjoying it while it lasts though!
Warm enough to sans long johns. At least for the next few days.

We had 47* and sunny here today. With very light winds, it was almost unbelievable.

Supposed to be high winds today. 25-30 mph sustained winds with gusts 50-60 mph. Makes for a rough time on the boat.

Suuny and warmer but high winds, maybe a touch of snow again tonight. Warm enough I'm smoking outside for a change.

Sunny 70° with Dave’s high winds
Expecting liquid sunshine starting tonight and continuing through tomorrow.
60 degrees today. Last Saturday was -10. What the hell is going on?
