In these days where it can be hard to tell someone's age by looking at them, I've grown to view visible tattoos as confirmation that a woman is old enough to "check out". Up until a few weeks ago I would have fully agreed with you on that. However, we have a few 15/16/17 year old's that come into the store who you'd think were in their 20's not only because of the way they dress, but because of the way they look I.E. covered from head to toe in tattoos.
