    In these days where it can be hard to tell someone's age by looking at them, I've grown to view visible tattoos as confirmation that a woman is old enough to "check out". Especially during the summer months and school breaks, I'm uncomfortable seeing a woman in any state of undress if there isn't a tattoo present to let me know she's an adult.

    Up until a few weeks ago I would have fully agreed with you on that. However, we have a few 15/16/17 year old's that come into the store who you'd think were in their 20's not only because of the way they dress, but because of the way they look I.E. covered from head to toe in tattoos. In this day and age you can't even use that logic to determine if the thang is legal or jailbait.

    True, but you have probable deniability if she is covered in tattoos. As almost universally age of consent is lower than the age you can legally get inked.
