Holy 💩! This is literally bucket list material for professional musicians.
@Rdp77 I didn't care to much for the maniacs. I dig their drummer, Bryan Mantia. Looks like he's pulling double, maybe triple, duty tonight. More to come!
Found out yesterday that a crew has started to clear Helene's damage from a path that I used to walk. The crew has about one third cleared. Here's some photos i took this morning.
Out today running errands with Kim. Started with the $7 breakfast at IHOP. Productive day, ended up changing the low beams on one of the cars, an old enough car that I didn't have to remove anything to accomplish this, and replacing a dimmer switch and outlet in our bathroom with a new dimmer and a GFIC outlet. The old dimmer was causing the lights to start to flash.
Along the way we picked up some classy hats and vests for my grand-nephews, both of whom have January birthdays.

I took my vintage Brighton tobacco cutter to a local knife guy and when I came back to pick it up today he had a Baratza Sette electric coffee grinder on his bench, working on sharpening the burrs. Interesting. He sharpened the old blade on my cutter and made a balsa wood base to make up for the shortened blade and to keep the edge. I brought my manchette along and he sharpened that up in minutes while I waited.

Back from vacation, got all the Christmas lights down, all decorations put away, hot tub chemicals balanced, vehicles fueled up, work emails caught up…. now for grocery shopping and some lunch. Then a long anticipated cigar session.
On my morning walk today I saw lots of tracks in the snow. Deer, turkey and some sort of canine. Found the maker of the canine tracks about 50 yards up the trail. A dark colored coyote caught sight of me and lit out. I walked up to the fairgrounds on the way back and noticed the flag was in the wrong position so I lowered the flag to a respectful half staff.

Colonel Claypool 's Fearless Flying Frog Brigade. Lol, this dude has a lot of bands that are suspiciously similar to Primus. 🤔

And finally, Primus. Good evening, this has been your erratic update of eccentric music.

@Yakster you're going to love that thing. I love mine. Now you have to get an ice bath for after the sauna. Highly recommend. Enjoy
A good cigar and whiskey solve most problems.
We're going to try to use the tub, though it won't be a great fit for me.

Mine was a bad circuit board so we just swapped out the whole unit.

This is what comes sometime after the 12 days of Christmas.

Can we get some pics of the Brighton?
Sure, I was planning on cutting up some Peterson Perfect Plug today to try it out.

What? No nap?

Here you go, much clumsier than using my meat slicer but much more fun. It'll live on the bottom shelf of the cabinet.
Oh, yeah... I've seen one of those before. Uncle Reuben was a moil. He had one of those.

$7 breakfast? Did you just get coffee?
Like I'd drink their coffee.
They've got a Senior BOGO deal on Tuesday nights at the one near us.
Took a schvitz in the steam sauna and now we're making meatloaf for dinner
There are toilets for that...
