Bob and I are working on the details. We are focusing on the last weekend of March. However this year we will not be working with Julian at Battle Ground on the details since he decided to move the date of his event near the same time frame of the Milwaukee Herf. Because of that we are discussing the different options to make this as forum friendly as possible. Hang on, official announcements coming.
