I have tried but the only way I will make it is if I leave after work on Saturday. As much as I want to see all you guys I dont think it is going to happen.

Buffalo blue cheese
Close to 50/50 but more beef and blue cheese added
Fresh ground beef with portobello mushrooms and Swiss added
Fresh ground beef with jalapeños and blue cheese added
Turkey with duck fat.Also open to suggestions.
My Thursday menu is: brisket including burnt ends, two different bacon wrapped stuffed pork tenderloins, bacon green beans, spicy mustard potato salad, and a couple of other items. Might do a whole chicken too.

No, for the record, these will be made by me. I will grind everything, do my own fat mix and form every patty. There will be no store bought ground beef. I will make every aspect of all of these from scratch.
