The story said the boxer who was knocked down had been encouraged to decline the fight. I'm guessing she went through with it to make a louder statement. Good for her if that was the case.

Call me old fashioned and out of touch, but didn’t the XY chromosome mean something once upon a time?

Apparently the guy broke her nose with a punch. Sure, it happens in boxing and other fighting sports, except that men punch very much harder than women.
Can you imagine the betrayal one must feel, to work for much of your life just to have a chance to attain a goal most only dream about, only to have it taken away from you by being placed in a position in which you CANNOT possibly win, just to satisfy someone's misguided (at best) notion of equality. These people making the decisions ought to be ashamed, but they are incapable of feeling shame, and are willing to sacrifice OTHERS for their ideology.
I'm still confused, but think I may need to rethink/retract my above post. I'm finding info that this may not have been a transgender athlete. She had been disqualified in previous competitions for supposedly having XY chromosomes, but the Olympics doesn't care or doesn't test for that. I'm not sure what to make of all this, but I think my above meme-thing was inaccurate.

We are over the tipping point on this issue. The woman who got clobbered into submission by the man is apologizing to the man, and is sorry for disrespecting him.
I just watched 4 minutes of women's soccer and a girl named Trinity Rodman scored USA's game winning goal in the quarter final soccer match in the Olympics. Rodman? Googled it. It's Dennis Rodman's daughter!

I was curious about that.
I don't even know what it means.
I presumed the gist of the meme was that this guy would become Liam Neeson from the movie franchise Taken if anybody took his cat.
That line about the duality of man?
My guess is it doesn't matter.
Kinda like the "well-regulated militia" part of the 2nd amendment.
It's not that important.

Thanks for taking us on vacation with you, Pete. Vherf has been different w/o you.
Oh the shade! Or, thanks for the compliment!
I'll join less when I get back, wouldn't want to interrupt the silence. I try to go to social events to be alone anyhow.
I would take time off work to watch that.
At any given time the urge to sing "In The Jungle" is just a whim away... A whim away... A whim away...
Hint: Boxing
I hope all of their opponents walk off.

The obstacle is the way.

That’s admirable you fact checking yourself.

I read a few articles stating they had Testosterone levels of men and not low levels either
One of my employees is interested. It is not an easy journey.
Edit: auto correct strikes again. I typed "inter-sexed".
Do you mean a tranny?

I fail to see any duality here.

Oh you know, men who love guns and shooting only want to kill things. That duality.
