Nice. Leviathan will always be one of my favorite metal albums. Odd coincidence that I happened to be taking a class on Herman Melville when that album came out. I was so stoked.
My Uncle's brother was their manager/sound/lights/etc. guy for the first 10-ish years of their existence. Seen them many many times (live in their hometown) and even see Randy around town regularly. They're all really nice guys, and despite being big rock stars now, still act like regular old rednecks.
I think that's what I like about them. They are death metal, but their root sound is very accessible; very pure rock-n-roll. After all, I'm a little bit country, a little bit heavy metal.
