    Ok so I have the meat ready to go for Saturday.  1 Brisket, 1 Pork Butt, 4 racks of Ribs, and about 5lbs of jalapeno cheddar sausage.

    I will bring along some coleslaw and potato salad for sides. 

    So excited for this weekend.  Unfortunately doesnt look like Justine is making it as our plan for the kids has fallen through.
