Found these on Scranton, PA CL. $150 sounds like a good deal if the sticks were maintained...

@ $150 I would pass.3

Fair enough. I wasn't planning on buying it personally, but thought we could use a thread on stuff like this...something to talk about anyway

Gotcha.
I do check weekly. You never know. There are some towers that pop up time to time.1 -

This one is by me. I wonder if it is spanish cedar lined0 -
Definitely has cedar lining. Looks like that whole tray lifts out of there to reveal a deeper compartment.“Happiness? A good cigar, a good meal, a good cigar and a good woman – or a bad woman; it depends on how much happiness you can handle.” – George Burns0

I wonder if I use cigar boxes as trays, would it be a big deal?1

Aromatic cedar, definitely don't want to use it for cigars.MikeTodd said:
The guy just messaged me back saying it is eastern red cedar tounge in groove planks. For the right price, it might be a nice little gem.Markwell said:Definitely has cedar lining. Looks like that whole tray lifts out of there to reveal a deeper compartment.
But it's nice enough, that you could remove the Eastern red cedar and replace it with spanish cedar. In Fumo Pax

Definitely no problem with using cigar boxes in lieu of trays.MikeTodd said:I wonder if I use cigar boxes as trays, would it be a big deal?“Happiness? A good cigar, a good meal, a good cigar and a good woman – or a bad woman; it depends on how much happiness you can handle.” – George Burns1 -
As soon as I saw the pictures I knew the cedar. ^^^^^^ what he said, don't use as is for cigar storage.0patience said:

One look at that humidor, then ask yourself: were these cigars maintained?“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)

There was a really awesome porcelain Opus X sign on there a week ago, Tony. I think it went for $395.“Happiness? A good cigar, a good meal, a good cigar and a good woman – or a bad woman; it depends on how much happiness you can handle.” – George Burns1

They would sell quicker if they advertised like this

"I ain't got no Opus's"

Don't look @Sketch6995, its not very orderlyA little dirt never hurt0 -
I'm very skeptical about those pictures. There is a sticker in one picture but not another, there is a hygrometer in one but not others, there is a bunch of loose sticks in one, but not another, the liga box on the bottom changes from 9s to t52, the boxes at the top change, and no sign of any humidifing devices. There are more discrepancies than those above, but got lazy. Not sure this is real. Or pictures were taken over a long duration. I would ask a ton of questions."We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give". Winston Churchill.
