    JFH black magic woman.

"Latakia and perique expertly blended with black cavendish and burley. Cased with raspberry and vanilla. A true crossover blend."

It's a weird one. But it smokes well and the casings actually seem to play well with the latakia which surprises me with the fruit in there

Old Virginia in the cobber while I'm waiting for the wrecks to clear up on the interstate. Should have packed more tobacco.

Broke into the "out of production" stash for a special smoke on international pipe smoking day. Loaded up the February burn out cob for bowl 32 with McClelland 5110. It's going to be a short one though, it's 3 degrees and I'm getting ice in my mustache

How do you like it? I've smoked a few bowls of it and am undecided.

I actually like this very much, I am going to choose a different pipe next time though

Mac baren vintage Syrian. What a blend. There is a definitive difference between Syrian and cyprian latakia. I'm sad I came into the game too late to get all the old Syrian blends

A couple years back I bought a tin of Sutliff's Balkan Luxury.  I was impressed.  It took me back a few decades.  Smelled like a Moroccan casbah, oil and leather and exotic aromas.  Not long after I finished, I bought it again.  What?  This is good, but which way to the casbah?  Then I started looking into it, and found that there was a difference between Syrian and Cyprian.  I do not know for sure that's what the difference was, but I never got another tin like that first one.

My very last pinch of McClelland 2010 in my stanwell 126. It made me so sad to see it barely covering the bottom of the jar, I just had to do the right thing and end it.

Habana Daydream in my Stanwell Silkebrun.  I've been trying to develop a taste for perique.  This is about the 4th or 5th bowl, it's getting better.
