Enjoy, Larry. Hopefully I'll have lost a bit of weight by the end of the year.

Yesterday I got shelled by @peter4jc for reasons that may not be very clear. I was going to forward the cigars to some other unsuspecting victim because I didn’t feel deserving, but after some consideration (and maybe some recommendation) I decided it to be prudent to accept and keep it, smile, and be happy. However, there is someone out there that is not safe. Already have coordinates.
Thank you Peter.

Won a Partagas 150 on the evil bid site for $24.50
The best thing is, I won another auction earlier. CAO America 5 pack for $11.20. So the shipping on the 150 will be an extra 50 cents.

I have been pondering what to send to my niece's fiance. She has been in the neurosurgery ICU at UCLA since mid-August. Went in for the fifth shunt day before yesterday. Serious dain bramage from an AVM. He has stood beside her all along. Left his job in NY to move to a new job in LA just so he could come visit daily. A real stand-up guy.
I pulled this box from my long term stash this morning:
Stashed back in December of 2016. Holy Cow! What a marvelous smoke! Two large leaves of Dominican Criollo bound in Dominican Olor and wrapped in Habano 2000. Totally mellowed and ripe for smoking. Fired one up and can't get over it. The wrapper is a bit rough compared to the Habano I used previously. But totally flavorsome.
Think I have a winner for him.
