What is in your pipe?

Just the one, an apple. I have 3 or 4 for my Kirsten, including a meer, but generally prefer the briar bowls. Watch out. Pipe collecting can easily grab you and you are likely to slowly increase the amount you are willing to spend on a pipe. I started out buying estate pipes on ebay for $20 and quit buying when my ceiling hit $600.

I've noticed that. I've seen some notifications on the PSD forum of J.T. Cooke pipes being available that get snapped up within hours of being posted on the site. The ones I've seen are north of $800. Yikes.

Only tried them once, didn't get their whole thing about blends and how dark their coffee was roasted, but I was mostly ribbing you, as home coffee roasters like to do.Lol - I was up early and took my team that works at the police garage coffee and I can’t stand Starbucks. They actually brew a nice cup of coffee ( each one is made as a pour over).

SG Sam's Flake in a Pietenpauw olive wood. If you have never tried it it is a mix of Turkish and aged Virginia, lightly topped.

I made a pretty good blend, not too shabby for my first.
Mixed together and aged a few weeks:
Aged PA Broadleaf
Burley
St. James Perique (type 1)
Greek oriental mix
Then I add the following:
American Virginia flue cured
Brightleaf Sweet Virginia
St. James Perique (type 2)
Age for 1 month and then the final step:
Now I add a good helping of Latakia and a little ometepe seco and ligero, then mix.
The small jar on left is the one with Latakia, the one on the right is almost ready for the final addition of Latakia.
