    Hotter than snot today. Excessive heat warnings (for NorCal), broke down and ordered a portable air conditioner for the bedroom my Wife has taken over to teach her middle school science class from. It'll get here in a couple of weeks.

    At least we've got the Internet back after two days of outage.

    Temp are my place about two hours ago. Currently 101* so no cigar until much later this evening. Side note @Yakster state has issued Stage II Flex alert if we go to Stage III we will get rolling blackouts with widespread power disruptions.

    There's a fire 25 miles or so away, so we keep getting fire tornado warning. "Stay on the ground floor and don't leave the house."
    If a fire tornado comes by, I doubt it matters what floor I'm on...

    I spent my childhood in San Diego county, don't ever remember it getting that hot. Maybe I was just used to it.
