Hmm, well, much as I love Fuente, I guess I'll have to pass.
But,
@Cam_91 ,
seriously? You've never had anything Fuente? Nothing?
That's just wrong.

I like your thinking. It may take me a few weeks, but this must be remedied. I'm in. I've been watching for this years crop to come in. Perhaps @VegasFrank could help with an address for his favorite Sharks fan? Meanwhile, I'll go digging through the cooler. Surely I have something.

They do look amazing, and MF stuff seems great too. My problem is hype… which results in me buying back to back…to back AJ “exclusives”. I am learning not to do that Lol

JR CIGAR TO RELEASE FOUNDATION CIGARS EL GÜEGÜENSE JR 50TH COLLECTOR’S EDITION

The list of 50th Anniversary collaborators for JR Cigar continues to grow. Now the company is joining forces with industry icon Nick Melillo and his team at Foundation Cigars for the release of a new version of Foundation’s first cigar — El Güegüense.
El Güegüense, Spanish for “The Wise Man,” is the name of a Nicaraguan dramatic theater piece from the 16th Century. It is one of the oldest indigenous works in the Western Hemisphere. Melillo chose the name in honor of his love of Nicaragua and its people. In 2020, Foundation released a 5th Anniversary edition of the El Güegüense with a slightly tweaked blend – and JR Cigar’s 50th Collector’s Edition is based on that special blend.
“It is an incredible honor to work with JR Cigar on this project and to bring a touch of Foundation Cigars to the 50th Celebration,” Melillo said. “El Güegüense was our first release and will always hold a special place in my heart, and seeing as how we just released a special 5th anniversary edition, I thought it would be perfect to turn this tweaked blend into something special for JR Cigar.“
Hand crafted in Nicaragua at the TABSA factory, the El Güegüense JR 50th uses aged Corojo ‘99 and Criollo ‘99 filler tobaccos from Nicaragua. The binder is a special Mexican San Andrés leaf that is cloaked in a flawless Corojo ‘99 wrapper from the Jalapa region of Nicaragua. The Nicaraguan tobaccos provide that signature tobacco sweetness while also adding touches of spice and a richness from the San Andrés Binder.

This cigar is offered in a custom 10-count box with a beautiful art piece on the inside cover. The artwork was designed by Melillo and Foundation Art Director Alex Garcia. Available in one size: 6 ¼ X 46 Lonsdale, just 500 boxes have been made.
Priced at $13.00 per cigar; $116.95 per box, this cigar will be available August 17, exclusively at www.JRCigars.com.

I find it funny that Cam fills us in on all the weird **** that’s coming out, but fails to mention the Craft that is landing in stores as we speak.

The LCA Release is Southern Draw Lady Killer is a continuation in Robert Holt's tradition of naming all of his cigars after flowers. The cigar features a double band with the purple uppermost band representing the Lady Killer's purple petals and the green lower band representing the flower's stem. The complex and full-bodied blend consists of an Ecuadorian Dark Habano Maduro wrapper, a Corojo 99 Hybrid binder from Estelí, and Viso Criollo 98 Estelí, Seco criollo 98 Jalapa, and Ligero Condega fillers. Lady Killer comes in a 6.5 x 46 Lonsdale vitola, which has never before been produced by Southern Draw in any blend and will remain an exclusive vitola for Privada and LCA.

LCA PLUS: My Blue Heaven Robusto (5 x 50)

Named for the 1990 film starring Steve Martin and Rick Moranis, My Blue Heaven was originally released as a 6 x 44 through Privada Cigar Club in 2019 as an exclusive from Aganorsa. Members have been begging for more ever since. While the blend remains the same (A mix of Criollo ’98 and Corojo ’99 fillers and binders wrapped with San Andres), the 5 x 50 size is exclusive to this LCA Plus release, as is the collectible band which comes with a hidden easter egg.

You think you have had it bad with USPS. Saka just lost 300k worth of product at his cost, not retail.
