Solstice…might get into the high 60’s today. We’ll start losing 7 minutes of daylight on Friday and it’ll be snowing in 70 days.

Had a appointment at the Va in Asheville yesterday. When I left here at 7:30 am it was 64. On the drive down off the mountain the temp kept climbing and in Asheville it was 91. Got the appointment done and headed the 73 miles back up and the temp dropped to 77 when I got home. Elevation.
