Broke the rut I've been by making some eggs with pepper jack cheese and ham in an English muffin with mustard for breakfast, enjoyed with a very nice El Salvador Las Lomas coffee from Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders that I roasted up the day before yesterday. As if that isn't enough, my Wife is cooking up some potatoes with rosemary and ham and onions and cheese that'll be ready in a few more minutes.

One egg, over easy. Seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Topped with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Five brown&serve sausage links, meat&cheese stuffed hash browns and buttered wheat toast. Now I'm ready to start the day. Or take a nap. Could go either way.
