Finishing some 1792 Flake in the garage that I started at work for the ride home. Flake tobacco, rolled and stuffed properly seems to need little in the way of tamping or grooming for it to smoke well which is why I like flake. No-name Italian Dublin.

Smoking Carter Hall in my Davorin morta wood (bog oak) Rhodesian this afternoon. This is my first time trying Carter Hall, smells great and it's a great smoke too, and easy smoke. Cob Plug in a Tinman. Cob Plug has to be the most difficult tobacco to prepare. Smells so good, though.

It does not, I tried. That's kind of a meerschaum thing, removable bowls a-la-Calabash. It's a great pipe, IMP Meerschaum, 2 stems, got the Churchwarden stem on in this picture.
