So, Nevada is tacking on a little over $4 to the price of a $10 cigar?

Does the out of state retailer have to include that or is it up to the purchaser to include it as a 'use tax' on their state tax return?

What are the Wholesale Dealer Rules? I see there is already a 30% tax on premium cigars, but capped at $.50 . So this removes the cap?
The legislature had to vote on this, I'd assume. How did they vote?Edit: Assembly Bill 471 passed in the Assembly 40-2, and in the Senate 21-0. Two things: They don't like smoking, and politicians never met a tax they didn't like.

Jr cigars charged me a $10 tobacco tax on a $65 I'morder. $10 even. It's just an extortion fee.
None of the other ones have charged any extra so far. I guess I'm done buying from Jr.
