Guns have always been readily available in this country. The hardest part was getting to someone who had them for sale. Still the same. We just have a criminal element that knows there's no real punishment anymore. When was the last time somebody got 25 years in prison for armed robbery? They dont sentence in years anymore, they sentence in months, as if it's some kind of deterrent. And when they do go to jail, they get to watch TV, read books and lift weights. What happened to chain gangs? Big rocks into little rocks, etc? Prison has to suck so they never want to go back.

Trump says Pope Leo isn’t tough on crime, he must like it. President Messiah has already issued 1600 pardons. I bet MAGA believes that all 1600 pardons where probably falsely prosecuted….. innocent all of them!

You can sign up for mental gymnastics below.

Why would the Pope be tough on crime ? Why is the Pope mentioned so much ? Oh well, like the expression says "No such thing as bad news", but that's another circus.

It’s amazing sarcasm. I love the “I’m not MAGA, I disagree with Trump on a lot of things” and then goes on to make excuse after excuse for him,

And finishes up with “Well you have TDS!!”

    Classic.

The world’s top 100 oil and gas companies made more than $30m every hour in unearned profit in the first month of the US-Israeli war in Iran, according to exclusive analysis for the Guardian.

The conflict pushed the price of oil to an average of $100 a barrel in March, leading to estimated windfall war profits for the month of $23bn for the companies.

    Iran War Cost Tracker
Estimated direct operational cost to U.S. taxpayers since the start of the war with Iran.

    https://irancost.com/

and we will be paying for replacing all the expended missiles and bombs. Gov't is approaching car companies to help make them. War is good for business, so that's something, lol.

Trump said he likes debt. We elected him so shouldn't be surprised that our children (grandchildren) will have to pay up or have another war:

Something is different about Trump’s $1 trillion war on Iran and its stress on the national debt, Harvard Kennedy scholar says

Well, where is the truth, and do any of us know?

1979 66 Americans taken hostage in Tehran
1983 car bombing on US embassy in Beirt
1983 Marine compound hit and killed over 240
The list is so long , too long. Carter had no luck dealing with them. Obama had no luck when he backed off the the agreements made before, same with Biden. Really do not care for titles, but this should have been settled
    years ago.

Just seems like we have lost many people and if we somehow do no not settle this it will continue. Dollar amount seems high, but what have we paid in the past and what will it cost us in the future.

    Obama “Backed Off” ?

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal, was a landmark agreement reached in July 2015 between Iran and the P5+1 (the United States, China, France, Russia, United Kingdom, and Germany) under the Obama administration. Its primary goal was to ensure the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear program and prevent it from obtaining a nuclear weapon, in exchange for lifting international sanctions.

    Key Components of the Program
Uranium Enrichment Limits: Iran agreed to limit its uranium enrichment to 3.67%, far below the 90% required for weapons-grade material, and to reduce its stockpile by 98%.
Centrifuge Reduction: Iran reduced its installed centrifuges by roughly two-thirds, storing the excess under international supervision.
Plutonium Restrictions: Iran agreed to reconfigure the Arak heavy water reactor, ensuring it could not produce weapons-grade plutonium.
Inspection Regime: The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was granted enhanced, 24/7 access to monitor nuclear facilities and verify compliance, with some monitoring measures lasting 20-25 years.
Sanctions Relief: In return for verifying compliance, the US and EU began lifting nuclear-related economic sanctions on Iran in January

Iran agrees to a lot of things. How is that working out?

Well, here’s what I do know. I know we really showed them that by building drones from Home Depot and RadioShack, they can control one of the world’s most important waterways. And what? We keep it closed by blockading it? Yeah I think China, seeing that they get what 80% of their oil from Iran is gonna take that? Yeah they’re just gonna watch their economy sink. I think some people look at it through a broader spectrum and some through their narrow prism.

I think some people see it through the narrow prism of a strong dislike for Trump.

I also think their strong dislike for Trump overshadows their recognition of not having sufficient information to gauge what's actually going on, or being planned.

I also think some people would rather see our enemies win that seeing Trump succeed.

You’re 💯……wrong. At the very least, about me. Win? WTF are we winning? Who are “our” enemies? You mean Islam, correct? Is Islam our enemy or is it radicals? It’s funny how beliefs can cloud someone’s point of view. Unwilling to change or waiver. Unable to say “damn… my side really isn’t “winning”. What an amazing time we live. Christians and Catholics choosing sides. On one side, the Pope….. The other, their orange tinted savior.

I think some people view it through an extremely narrow prism of a strong dislike, for what liberals want to do. You know those liberals have to be wrong because my belief system doesn’t align with theirs… and you know what, people are entitled to that and I’m OK with it.

And if you really don't know if the US has enemies or who they are, that would be worth finding out.

And to think that they aren't even using some 7 billion dollars worth of equipment that Biden donated to the taliban.

The Biden administration did not directly gift or give weapons to the Taliban. However, a significant amount of U.S.-funded military equipment provided to the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) over the previous two decades was left behind and seized by the Taliban during their rapid takeover of Afghanistan in August 2021, following President Biden's decision to withdraw U.S. troops.

275 kilos of enriched uranium sure sounds like a threat to me. Whatever could they want with all that uranium? Medical use? Hardly.

40,000 dead Iranians in Tehran in the month of January, 1,200 dead Israelis on Oct 12th, you know, stuff like that. It could just be that they aren't good people. But hey, it wasn't in Boston, so no big deal, right? Troll on.
